AJL Solutions creates both turnkey and fully custom-designed products for direct print and dye sublimation. We cover everything from home décor to holiday items and drinkware to blankets. Product Design
Our company began more than 30 years ago when our founding design team saw a need for unique, custom designed products for the museum giftware industry. Over time we grew and expanded our range of best-selling products to include new (for the time) technologies like dye sublimation and direct print. Using these allowed us to further customize our wholesale products and to craft the perfect options for each customers’ needs.
This experience gave us unique insight into how photo gifts could best be designed to maximize appeal. Once again seeing a need, we established AJL Solutions to apply our award-winning design expertise and deep understanding of printed product fulfillment to develop high quality, imageable blank product for the dye sublimation and direct print industry.
Process Innovation
We understand that it isn’t enough to simply create quality, great looking products. Those products also have to work at scale in busy production environments where time is money and efficiency is paramount.
Each item we design and manufacture is evaluated throughout the entirety of the fulfillment pipeline: from bulk packing on inbound deliveries through imaging, production and packing for outbound shipment. We tweak and engineer each item to ensure it can be imaged and fulfilled quickly and easily. We even offer custom fixtures and accessories for faster throughput and better results.
